Customers care need 2 working days to work on customer queryWorst app ever, not able to download bank statement from email even though providing valid credentials, customer care service also very bad not able to connect them,if connect bychance then they keep waiting us for long time.Degraded app... Why it make am not able to understand..whenever try to login either it show incorrect cust id either debit no or else n when call to customer care they always say we are not able to connect with IT team will call you back and they never call backIt takes an eternity to open the app and each aspect.

I have been using this " GOMO" app of Saraswat Bank from past 1.5 years its UI is amazing very simple, convenient to do all banking transactions like NEFT/RTGS, mini statement, checking balance, FD etc.. but since yesterday i am not able to login it says " validating " n screen gets freezed.. i hope the digital banking dept resolves this query as as i always use mobile banking for all banking related transactions.Very poor application.
3. Account shows balance not available, evenn WhatsApp service not working,not getting OTP after making 5 attempts to transfer money to a registered payeeContinuously getting errors in FD section and I don't understand why don't you provide an option to close the FD.
4. Text not visible in dark theme.Not getting bank statements on email when requested under services section.
5. Every time I need to request for statement through mail from customer care.
6. It's a common feature and every bank is providing that option.Data fetching is not good.
7. Whenever I opted for statement though netbanking as well same problem.
8. App does not work on saturdays and sundays and after midnight.
9. I have to visit the bank to close it.
