1. However, it won't let me use the "other" button to change my giving amount as well as it won't let me change the account that I'm giving from, even though it has the option to do so.

2. Also you Jane the EoY document if you're the type to write it off.Overall fantastic app! The reason I only give it 4 stars is because, unlike Tithely, Givelify offers no option for the donor to cover the cost of the 2.9%+$0.30 fee.

3. Tithely gives this option with the simple tick of a box, which triggers an algorithm to do the calculations and simply bumps up the total to cover the fee for the original amount desired to give.

1. Fix Givelify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Givelify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Givelify App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Givelify" » Open Givelify Mobile Giving App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Givelify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Givelify Mobile Giving App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Givelify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Givelify Mobile Giving App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Givelify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Givelify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Givelify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Givelify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Givelify not working

2. Fix Givelify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Givelify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Givelify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Givelify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
