And also the application itself is build in a bad way, when you are trying to buy a crypto and you dont click on every default options that are already selected it fails the request wuthout telling what s the problem.They applied the exchange rate at the moment of purchase and not the verification date/hour of my credit card, I LOST/THEY STOLE 5,7% OF MY TOKENS.

2. They claim the app works perfect yet I can't login on it, last time scanned the address incorrectly once and I lost 55£ now from the web interface I wait a confirmation since 2h ago! Their service was perfect now it's insulting! They hold your crypto anytimeCant sign up.
