1. Edit: I have updated Android System Webview, Cleared Natixis app cache, Force Closed, app did not improve.I was forced to update this application today which is already not a good thing.

2. Forced to use the back arrow, why ?Pages take ages to load and buttons aren't responsive, sometimes text is tiny, cannot change language, every time you click return it closes the app instead of going to dashboard.

3. Works well 🫡messages are not accessible and same for the historic of transaction since two weeks! I had to do it on my laptop!Why so many updates? Every time I go to use it I'm forced to do another update.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Savings Issues

1. Fix My Savings Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Savings: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

  4. Check My Savings app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Savings might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Savings. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Savings then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Savings not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Savings be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
