Oh, by the way, customer service is the most useless and clueless group of people I've ever encountered.I have been with brinks money all access for roughly 4 years and I have never installed the app until now I was reading about the app through my phone based off it has the capability to capture checks and deposit them in your account the problem with the check capture is every time you go to open this function it crashes you guys in the IT department need to get on this right away because it sucks!!! What's the point of having this extremely useful tool when you can't use it!!!Garbage.
2. I called customer service several times and can barely understand what they are saying..all they do us send you a link to change your password.tell you to uninstall and reinstall app,, I'm doneHave been trying to deposit a check.
3. I can sign in with no problems on my PC, but everytime I try to sign in the app (using the same user name and password), I get an error message that my user name/password is incorrect..tried changing password, deleting and reinstalling the app, but keep getting error message.
