1. Basically I have to kill the app and go through a horrible login process every time I want to view different data.It would be super cool if I could access any portion of the FAQ, or my account menu, or half of the rest of the app.
2. Every time I open it to access drive easy, it asks me if I want to stay signed in, I say yes, and it yet I have to do this every time anyway.
3. This app causes my blood pressure to skyrocket every time I use itI called re the two-factor authentication feature on the app, which does not work 🤷🏾 ♀️... But allows you to enable during setup.
4. It tells me to correct something in drive easy and won't even allow me to access it at least half of the time.
5. It makes me verify my phone number each time as well, and it always has the wrong default number regardless of how many times I correct the numbers.
6. The first time I try an action it just spins on the loading screen and I have to kill and restart, going through the first time setup every single time.
7. Meanwhile they sprinkle reward points at you for "safe driving" all while they get to collect your entire life's worth of data and sell it to whomever they want.
8. They are collecting data from Bluetooth, physical locations, location tracking, phone calls and nearby device scanning data At All Times.
9. Worst, if you drive in an area of frequent traffic lights & stop signs, the app will score you negatively for "inconsistency" for frequent stopping and starting.Absolutely horrible.
10. UNACCEPTABLE! I told her the IT team should either remove the feature offer from the app or fix the issue so the customer has the option to use it, especially we are in a climate to protect and verify our identity.
11. The app is not consistent far as tracking my driving, I have to continually log in the app in order to use the drive easy.
