1. I miss the days when Amex (*Tempo S/A) was really the best exclusive credit card experience, but today I feel like it's a pumped up “restaurant credit card” with a popular bank behind it.Could be better! I work as a QA Engineer, and as a client of Bradesco I have some suggestions to improve the app: 1 - show te total amount of the month costs.
2. Info from 14-dec-19bug! This app is shutdown the app everytime I open it! States a error message: you don't have a secure conection!This app blocked my Mastercard and though I can see my balance via bank machine, I cannot open or print the monthly statement that I need to pay.
3. The amount of benefits I had seen in this app is insurmountable.!😍🤩😍❤ The app is easy to browse, very intuitive and it's color and design, as well as responsivity, propicitiates a flow user experience.
4. Furthermore I didn't like the fact of been redirect every time to its page on internet when I clicked on "know more".The worst app with the worst possible experience ever.
5. I had to go to an agency, that's the worst experience with a bank app so far.App was working up to the latest update.
6. This app will not accept me adding my profile and says to go to the bank branch.
7. Showing this separate will improve the user experience.
8. And the app miss a strong confirm password option!awfull, I could say it doesn't even work.
9. My profile has been deleted and the app now blocks me from adding a new profile.
10. 3 - the app need to be more optimized, is very slow to rendering the entire components and to login too.Works bad today, can't use.
11. If you aren’t a Bradesco Banco customer, forget it, as this app offers simply NOTHING.
