1. My one issue is that it doesn't capitalize the first word when beginning a new sentence.Trying to submit a claim is way harder then it should be,the photo should be alot easier but it's not it doesn't load properly no matter the wifi quality.

2. Stop it! Right now! I don't need the reminder that all pets die.This app is AWFUL!! For months I have tried submitting claims and every single time I want to take a picture, the screen goes black and I get booted out.

3. Do better ,you guys suckYikes! Did anyone QA the workflow for account setup? I had to call customer service to register my account because the account widget didn't recognize my account number and zip code.

4. This app is trash.It's been horrible lately! Every time I try to do a claim, it just freezes up and doesn't send it.

5. I'll have to cancel my pet insurance with them because if I can't submit a claim using the app then it's useless to be paying for insurance that isn't actually doing anything for me.Cannot sign into app.

6. When I go to submit a claim it let's me go through ALL the steps and then crashes when I try to upload my invoice making me start all over.

7. Then if I want to go to my photo files, it takes me to my Bitmoji pictures!! WHAT?? Why haven't they fixed it?? Now, when I go to my PC, I'm going to have to jump thru hoops to get these submitted.

8. I love how I can just take a photo of my vet bill and upload it! I don't have a copier so this relieves a lot of stress (in addition to having a sick pup).

9. When I try to make a payment I get to the end and press submit and it crashes and doesn't make my payment.
