1. Great app and I would definitely recommend this app! I have never had any problems using the mobile app from Focus Bank, I'm not sure why the other reviewers are complaining and giving bad reviews stating that it's a bad app, honestly I have never had a problem with it.WORST MOBILE BANKING APP IVE EVER USED!! App always says error to contact the bank won't even load the login screen over half the time just a blank screen with that error message.

2. Extremely disappointed ☹️after not getting passed the splash screen to log in after a week or two, called the bank and told me my Android phone is old... I've only had my phone a year and they do this.... I refuse to get an iPhone!!!Really great 👍 Thanks for such a good app, and my bank is so helpful all the time.

10. I have lost money because of Your Customer Service not answering the phones!!Worse banking app since updates.

11. This bank will try to get your money one way or another.Edit. Had to clear the app cache and data files.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FOCUS Bank Issues

1. Fix FOCUS Bank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FOCUS Bank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FOCUS Bank App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FOCUS Bank" » Open FOCUS Bank Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FOCUS Bank » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FOCUS Bank Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FOCUS Bank servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FOCUS Bank Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FOCUS Bank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FOCUS Bank might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FOCUS Bank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FOCUS Bank then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FOCUS Bank not working


2. Fix FOCUS Bank Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FOCUS Bank be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FOCUS Bank not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
