1. Great app and I would definitely recommend this app! I have never had any problems using the mobile app from Focus Bank, I'm not sure why the other reviewers are complaining and giving bad reviews stating that it's a bad app, honestly I have never had a problem with it.WORST MOBILE BANKING APP IVE EVER USED!! App always says error to contact the bank won't even load the login screen over half the time just a blank screen with that error message.
2. Extremely disappointed ☹️after not getting passed the splash screen to log in after a week or two, called the bank and told me my Android phone is old... I've only had my phone a year and they do this.... I refuse to get an iPhone!!!Really great 👍 Thanks for such a good app, and my bank is so helpful all the time.
3. Contacting the actual bank kind of defeats the purpose of this app seriously!! And they make getting in actual contact with something other than a pre recorded response that usually gets nothing solved before it disconnects the call almost impossible.Focus Bank app is good.

8. I really like being able to check my balances and I can transfer money to my account incase I need to cover a large transactions so I don't overdraw my account.
9. I was on the phone with a Computer generated answering system for 1 hour and 56 minutes listening to music and every 3-4 minutes it would say "All Representatives are busy at the moment, calls are answered in the order called".
10. I have lost money because of Your Customer Service not answering the phones!!Worse banking app since updates.
