1. I have two residences that Im currently splitting time between so need two accounts as not everyone takes an out of state check so I will periodically need to transfer money from my old account into this one.There is no need to print "FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY at Anstaff Bank" on the back of the check being deposited for the following reasons: There is not always room if the check is made payable to multiple people.
2. We are using your mobile app, signed into our Anstaff Bank account, and providing a picture the mobile app requires of the front and back of the check.
3. What I have figured out how to use does work well so i give medium rating.The App is amazing for helping me with my transactions however the app can take a very long time to open after updates occur.First mobile deposit.
4. Only minor gripe is that the app runs in the background if left unchecked, it requires issuing a back command to trigger a quit prompt like old school android donut protocol.App is horrible! Will no longer load because of their supreme security in root detection.
5. The ease of use and the ability to handle most everything needed with banking chores, and now being able to transfer between institutions, makes brick and mortar almost unneeded.
6. Just terrible... switch banks everyone.Works well consistently, but some features could be improved and made more user friendly.Mostly great, works as expected.
7. An example of how the deposit check should look would have been helpful.
8. After uninstalling and then reinstalling more times than I can count I give up and going to uninstall it for the last time.
9. Nothing on app telling whether to make check out to Anstaff or myself.
10. I have tried to use the online banking to pay bills or transfer money and I can't figure out either one.
11. Wonder what they are going to do with all the shiny new buildings?Very limited in capabilities, I can't find my information on my accounts.
