1. I'd like to see additional functions, like being able to view and manage credit card account, deposit checks, view credit score, etc.The app is much appreciated.
2. that allows Turning on and Off Account in case of issues or lost card, etc...The beginning of 2022 with this online app went from 5☆'s to 1☆.
3. My account was locked ( they CLAIM too many failed attempts) therefore I could not know my credit card balance.
4. However I don't get account alerts until HOURS LATER after I make a transaction or use my card somewhere.
5. Decided to call website 866 # and was on hold longer than 30 min hearing the same blaring, loud, noisy recording repeated every 30 seconds.
6. How will I possibly know if something is going on with my account to take action!!?? Also it would be good to have a few other features... Ex.
7. First time using the app, but it was a great experience and I accomplished my first transaction successfully.
8. Hence, the four-star review.This bank doesn't have a good online presence.
9. I love the updated version because it is so easy to use and if I have any questions there is always someone to help.
10. I called the branch and was placed on hold, then phone disconnect.
