1. my credit card which has way more money than my debit card unfortunately doesn't require that.While the app UI is simple and good, I have had terrible experience with customer support and app functionality.
2. I have noticed there are a couple features you can not use on the app that are accessible on online banking but that could be related to my bank, and not the app itself.Hey, this app has worked fine in the past but I just got the new s22 ultra and it does not load.
3. also allows me to transfer funds between my accounts, my only real issue is that even though they finally except biometric login you still have to put in a password for atransfer which defeats the purpose for being able to login with a fingerprint.
4. It's easy to maneuver and although it doesn't have the best "look" to it as a couple other banking apps I have used, sometimes simple is better.
5. It also doesn't even show a mobile deposit as pending.
6. Even if they fix it I will never use it again.I like the options on the app - mobile deposit, instant balance without logging in, instant transfers, NEVER CRASHES.
7. When you make a deposit it doesn't give you a reference number in case there's an issue later and your can't screenshot the confirmation popup, it won't let you.
8. Just would love to see just slight changes to make it feel like you are banking with your bank.
9. Its very easy to navigate, I needed to reset my password and for some reason, it only worked when I did it on my laptop.
10. If I could see what was pending I could move money from savings if needed.
11. I'm going to assume the app needs some updates to be able to work with this model.
