1. And yes, it is up to date.Im a brand new customer and the app does not work it just keeps trying to load.
2. When it's fixed, stop trying to add more useless features nobody will use.The app used to work great but about 3 weeks ago, I don't know what they did to it now I can't get past the loading screen.
3. Plenty of other cards want their customers to pay their bill, so they actually provide apps that... ya know, open (and actually work).
4. Hopefully they fix this issueUpdate so long as you click pay bill on the lower tab vs the big pay bill in the middle of the screen, the app will let you scroll &allow payments.
5. Just upgraded phones and the app still does not work--just spins with the aspire logo on the screen.
6. Every month I pay my bill on time, no matter what the amount it I pay, so one day I notice I am paying and the balance not going down.
7. Installed the update and now it won't even load past the white logo screen! I've uninstalled and reinstalled at LEAST 3 times with the same result.I can get this app to close.
8. Aspire needs to aspire to move into modern times.From the reviews (which I read too late!) It looks like no one monitors the reviews nor offers any response to consumers' feedback.
9. I contact them ASAP, someone that work for Aspire explain to me why my balance is so high.
10. When I contacted them through the chat services about these issues they said "let me look up your account" when this clearly has nothing to do with my account.Would not work on old Android phone.
11. Be aware that the annual fee is 125 if you get 500 or more limit (roulette.)The customer service suck, and the manager have no balls to return customer calls.
