1. And yes, it is up to date.Im a brand new customer and the app does not work it just keeps trying to load.

9. I contact them ASAP, someone that work for Aspire explain to me why my balance is so high.

10. When I contacted them through the chat services about these issues they said "let me look up your account" when this clearly has nothing to do with my account.Would not work on old Android phone.

11. Be aware that the annual fee is 125 if you get 500 or more limit (roulette.)The customer service suck, and the manager have no balls to return customer calls.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Aspire Account Center Issues

1. Fix Aspire Account Center Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Aspire Account Center: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Aspire Account Center App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aspire Account Center" » Open Aspire Account Center » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aspire Account Center » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Aspire Account Center app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aspire Account Center servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aspire Account Center" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Aspire Account Center app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aspire Account Center might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Aspire Account Center. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aspire Account Center then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aspire Account Center not working


2. Fix Aspire Account Center Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aspire Account Center be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aspire Account Center not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aspire Account Center may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
