Aspire Business Account & Card Customer Insights

1. Overall satisfied and looking forward for future improvements and additional features!I heard a lot about Aspire and wanted to transfer my entire bank account over from Maybank (which is handsdown the lousiest business bank there is in Singapore.) Forget digital authentication, they dont even have a mobile banking app.

2. I'd still recommend it.First, they changed from free to monthly fee W/O a lot of services that normal biz account can provide (Send PayNow / Receive cheque etc).

3. Then they made changes from the 17-digit account number to 12-digit account number W/O a proper / fool-proof procedure to rollback the funds if sender sent to the 17-digit account by mistake.

4. Umpteen times users missed out one digit on the bank account number as there are 17 digits, as 16 appear on one line and the last digit on a separate line.

5. Done it 3-4 times already on 2 phones to no avail.Fund transfer was credited to their main account, but required manual prompt via help chat for them to forward it to our account.

6. Today, they closed our account without giving us explanation about the balance in the account and the incoming payment that already credited into their main account.

7. You get a business account at a regular bank for $10/mth.

9. Anyways, i transferred my funds over to Aspire via PayNow which is meant to be instant.

10. We have discontinued our account.

11. Unfortunately Aspire decided to provide the services but at a higher price than regular banks.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Aspire Business Account & Card Issues

1. Fix Aspire Business Account & Card Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Aspire Business Account & Card: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Aspire Business Account & Card App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aspire Business Account & Card" » Open Aspire Business Account & Card » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aspire Business Account & Card » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Aspire Business Account & Card app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aspire Business Account & Card servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aspire Business Account & Card" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Aspire Business Account & Card app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aspire Business Account & Card might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Aspire Business Account & Card. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aspire Business Account & Card then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aspire Business Account & Card not working


2. Fix Aspire Business Account & Card Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aspire Business Account & Card be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aspire Business Account & Card not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aspire Business Account & Card may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
