1. I'm a huge fan of your app, but with this change I will have to put my emergency funds elsewhere.Once I get my money out of the app this time, I'm done with it! Why do I have to wait for 24 hours before my withdrawal request can be granted! What if I'm using my money for an urgent cause! You've been charging exorbitantly for withdrawals and I've been enduring that, now you introduce 'waiting for 24 hours' before withdrawal can be granted as if we've not been using other platforms too.

It's a very good app altogether, I highly recommend.Everything was going well and good until updates started coming in and if you don't update the app you can't use it, that's quite problematic especially if it were to be an emergency situation and I don't particularly think the most recent update is beneficial like why am I waiting 24hrs to make a transfer....What a very great application to save cash.

4. What happened to informing your users before introducing such a policy!I've been trying to log into my account, it keeps telling me to update the app and whenever I do it stops downloading the updates at 93% as in ut gets stuck at 93%, I stopped it and did all over again, the same issue.

5. Make updates like maybe quarterly or something and why am I always forced to update the app? Please you people should look into this updating updating all the time.So recently just found out that they updated the app I.e. they have to review my money before they send it to me.

1. Fix Cowrywise Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cowrywise: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cowrywise App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cowrywise" » Open Cowrywise: Save & invest money » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cowrywise » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cowrywise: Save & invest money app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cowrywise servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cowrywise: Save & invest money" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cowrywise app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cowrywise might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cowrywise. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cowrywise then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cowrywise not working

2. Fix Cowrywise Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cowrywise be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cowrywise not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cowrywise may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
