1. I would recommend being able to unlock the account by answering security questions or something...grr...This app is really nice looking however submitting claims does not work properly.
2. I continually lock up my account (from failed log-ins) and there is no way to unlock the account without calling customer service during their business hours--which is never when I am locked out.
3. You are always locked out of your account and you can only call up until 4 pm to fix it... but you cannot legally take care of personal business before that time.Everything is greatit does what I need it to do.
4. now the other issue is even though it submits it even if it says there was an error it removes all attachments resulting is your claim getting deniedThis app and their company suck.
5. Fast way to submit claims and receive reimbursement.I really love that i was able to use my acount to get the health supplies i needed when i needed them.
6. I love sending pics of receipts rather than sending them in like the good old days.The app is easy to use but after the update I can no longer use my fingerprint to log in.For the most part, we are very happy with this App.
7. The only time we are not, is when a charge is denied and we cannot figure out why..... It doesn't tell you.Easy to use.
8. If you can avoid this company I would!The app in general is ok...BUT the general service is not.
9. when I submit a claim I fill out all the information and then attach the receipt.
10. However each time you push try again it re submits it without you knowing.
11. after submitting the app says there was an error and to try again.
