You MIGHT be able to see your messages in the app if you have a HUGE screen...it doesn't allow you to zoom in so it's the same as trying to view a picture of a full sheet of paper without zoom.have a hard time navagating and uploading billsDon't have a problem with the app but I've had it with the service behind the app.
2. What they want is the HIPAA protected medical information so they can police your transactions and make sure you're spending your own money "correctly." I'm sure I signed my HIPAA rights away in one of the formsNot great.

7. The app is easy to use and a quicker way to submit claims but there is no way to go in and make a change if you make a mistake in an original submittal.

9. I like the fact that I upload documents easily with my phone camera.Contacting the company is useless.
10. However if you need to submit extra documents it jams and won't let you upload them properly.
