1. I recommend this app for all user who want to keep good accounting records.I am a P.ro user and facing some serious problem , I am using my new phone OnePlus 6t and app is working fine but when I export my data to Google drive , it's not getting back from Google drive in to my other device.

2. if i could find some more features like credit debit that would be great.while importing the data after having installed the App,it pops up with data not suported by format,creating great inconvenience.Could be a great App if the bug is fixed.Hope to see it done .Having checked a number of Apps this one is certainly simple to use and amazingly user friendly.On editing it requires confirmation code.

3. I am also thinking to change to KHATABOOK.I've been using this app for about 2 years and it has being of great help keeping accounting records of transactions.

1. Fix Simple Accounting Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Simple Accounting: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Simple Accounting App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simple Accounting" » Open Simple Accounting » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simple Accounting » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simple Accounting app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simple Accounting servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simple Accounting" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simple Accounting app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simple Accounting might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simple Accounting. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simple Accounting then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simple Accounting not working

2. Fix Simple Accounting Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simple Accounting be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Simple Accounting not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Simple Accounting may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
