1. Now I need to go to the bank again just to have this app fixed or i can't do online banking!!! So stressful!!!Closes immediately and directs me to a page telling me that my phone is insecure.

2. The setup process is cumbersome the application password seems to not accept all special characters of a modern smartphone, you receive 202 Errors all the time, even if you are on WLAN.

1. Fix VR-SecureGo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart VR-SecureGo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the VR-SecureGo App. Here is how:

  4. Check VR-SecureGo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VR-SecureGo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall VR-SecureGo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VR-SecureGo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VR-SecureGo not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VR-SecureGo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VR-SecureGo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VR-SecureGo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
