1. --- Am I mixing up with VR-SecureGo or VR SecureGo plus? VR Banking Classic ... ? Well done: complicate simple use to the utmost extend.Not suitable for more than one account, not working for first bank while requesting second, app gets confused when 2 active.... And fingerprint not working... You need a BLZ to register.

2. Password via fingerprint wpuld be a bliss, other banking apps have this feature.Third class app.

3. Restarted, wanted to change my password in the app, wrong password?!?!?! Entered exactly as a second before?!?!?! Now have to wait another week for the postman to walk it over new code.

4. can't even enter the password, need to delete all & restartIn general the app seams to work, but it takes multiple minutes to login and then again to get a TAN.

1. Fix SecureGo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SecureGo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SecureGo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SecureGo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SecureGo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SecureGo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SecureGo not working


2. Fix SecureGo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SecureGo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SecureGo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SecureGo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
