1. It's made my account really secure, so much so that even I can't access it.Super bad experience! Can't sign in even when I approve on this authenticator! After uninstall, and reinstall, data was gone now I can't sign in to my account, any idea how can I sign in again? Email is taking too long to reply, and phone call requires 40 mins waiting time.... Please help....For setting up 2fa, it doesn't stay on the enter code screen after I look at the text message.

2. It is fast and easy to set up and does not require 6 digit codes- you just click on approve or deny button and nearly instantly your desktop think or swim platform will resume loading.Couldn't login to my account despite approving on my authenticator app.

3. Watched the app in progress till changing my first comment since it just good to have 2FA, quite happy to be able to say "it's working" especially after full user circle during targeted digital attack.It's a top security issue, after sending confirmation email.

1. Restart TD Ameritrade Authenticator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TD Ameritrade Authenticator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TD Ameritrade Authenticator" » Open TD Ameritrade Authenticator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TD Ameritrade Authenticator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TD Ameritrade Authenticator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TD Ameritrade Authenticator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TD Ameritrade Authenticator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TD Ameritrade Authenticator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TD Ameritrade Authenticator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TD Ameritrade Authenticator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TD Ameritrade Authenticator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TD Ameritrade Authenticator not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TD Ameritrade Authenticator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
