1. Can't even get past putting my email in.Must not be a legitimate app- freezes and disappears (EVERY SINGLE TIME) when you hit the last button you need to hit before getting the loan.
2. Weird n annoyingIt won't let you go further once you get to the agreement page when you click next the app says not working I tried 4 times and it did the same thing 4 timesInstalled cannot get past entering code.
3. Awful!!!Last aggreement page never loads and puts you at the beginning if you look at another screen for info.
4. Gives msg "user must enroll in multi-factor before beginning mfa challenge" even though i have an acct through their website.
5. uninstalling!Always friendly great people to work with very patient , I'm enjoy working with them .
6. I do recommend do everything online and create a widget to your homescreen to access the website directly.
7. Overall, customer service is nice, and emailing them as well has been pleasant.Finished filling everything out including SS # then it...does nothing.
8. It takes me back to sign in screen and then password goes back to blank each time I enter it.
9. After inputting my email and the code it says null.
10. Can't even login at all even after I reset the password but it works on the website.
11. I've recorded all info I could of app online and in app just in case.Just downloaded.
