MyCard Customer Insights

1. This app is useless.The app doesn't recognize my username and password, which both work on the website.Awful interface and not user friendly at all.Just got an email after many months.

2. Absolute garbage.... I don't rate apps often but when I do they are pure garbage...Went thru entire process to login/register ... got "Invalid Request" Worthless ... might as well uninstall app and cancel cardDoesn't work.

3. When trying to register, at the screen where the Privacy Policy should be displayed, an error message pops up saying "you must accept the privacy policy before you continue".

4. My username and password work just fine on the website.

5. App developer needs to look at the source code!! I've even called customer service to make them aware.The app is fine for paying, but you cannot see transactions or acopy of statements.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyCard Issues

1. Fix MyCard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyCard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyCard App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyCard" » Open MyCard Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyCard » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyCard Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyCard servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyCard Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyCard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyCard might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyCard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyCard then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyCard not working


2. Fix MyCard Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyCard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyCard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyCard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
