Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading Customer Insights

1. Level 2 is not detailed like Pro, Slow and freezing charts that needs refreshing to appear, watchlists doesn't update automatically, watchlist notes in Pro is not accessible , extended hours doesn't update, and...Terrible! The format is primary at best and not user friendly at all.

2. If you open the app and move around too fast, you'll be forced to close the app and reopen in order to get the market data information to show.

3. I'm currently shopping for a more reliable platform.Overall its is a good app, some strange things occur when futures trade in overnight, ie Watch list lose some of the contracts you have saved.

4. So right when you need access to your charts, information, and funds you may be stuck staring at a spinning wheel on your screen.

5. Two separate mobile app for what reason? It's really frustrating switching between these two to get overall information about the company and for 1 minute chart.

6. Please fix or else I'll be forced to move my portfolio to another brokerageEtrade has a great abilities especially when it comes to the executions, however, their tools are not as good as their name.

7. Also would be great to add the option to instantly buy at the current price with just the click of a button on the chart screen.

8. Customer service is very good.Market data lag upon every startup if this app is getting really annoying.

9. May need to take my business elsewhere.Please add a buy sell overlay right on the chart display like you had on the original etrade app.

  1. Restart Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading" » Open Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Power E*TRADE Advanced Trading not working
