BancNet Customer Insights

1. I created a BancNet online account and received registration code, then generated OTP... then WHAT??! This does not give me any option of "Mobile Banking" cause it seems to me that THE ONLY PURPOSE of this app is to only generate OTPs nothing more!!! Does generating OTPs called "Mobile Banking"? Creator answer that please!I would have given you 5 star..im so disappointed.

2. I cannot do interbank fund transfer..always say i have reached the limit for today and must try again the next day...then same error again...i havent done any successful transfer yet...removing this app....dont like it...This app is used just to generate OTP not checking accounts online... I hope that's clear.

3. It's a waste of time.successfully registered, was able to add card and approve, so now what is this app for? It should make things convenient like all bank apps where you can process your transactions but it seems its a waste of phone memory...Useless app!! No option to log-in.

4. Tried to reinstall app and entered registration code yet always have that error issues.

5. Now, I look at the App, it does NOTHING except generate OTP code! TOTALLY USELESS APP.

6. I have tried a million times the activation code and it says error.

7. This is the only thing it does yet it sucks.OK. So I was able to activate mobile app successfully after some painstaking research through the internet.

8. 😁 If u have entered the code twice or more, u will get the error msg.

9. Or provide other means for us to enrol a mobile banking app.Don't even deserve a 1 star.

10. CODE they've sent but it appears to be ERROR.

11. Try generating the OTP and you'll get it.should not give even 1☆ bcos the system do not let me do the last step of the registration.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BancNet Issues

1. Fix BancNet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BancNet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BancNet App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BancNet" » Open BancNet Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BancNet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BancNet Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BancNet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BancNet Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BancNet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BancNet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BancNet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BancNet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BancNet not working


2. Fix BancNet Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BancNet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BancNet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BancNet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Good Day!

    I am requesting for the deletion of my bancnet account due to the following reasons:

    1. I got a duplicate accounts because I forgot the first one and registered a new one
    2. I cannot link my DBP ATM Card to my new bancnet account because of the pending approval from DBP on my first bancnet account.

    Since, I have two accounts in Bancnet, may I request that my Bancnet Acct ( User ID: Jessa_05 and Email: retorcajessa@redacted) be deleted immediately.

    1. I got a duplicate accounts because I forgot the first one and registered a new one
    2. I cannot link my DBP ATM Card to my new bancnet account because of the pending approval from DBP on my first bancnet account.

  • I would like to ask for deletion of my bancnet account since i have registered two accounts. The other has a registered ATM card and the other doesn't. I'd like to use only one account that's why I would like to delete the other because I think it is the reason why I still have a pending status on my bancnet account since I've already contacted my bank and they said all my details are correct.
