1. I'd recommend this app for sure if you're working to understand your own stress and anxiety.I love it! It helps me keep track of what causes my anxiety, how I tend to react to which trigger.
2. In 30 seconds a day I'm able to maintain awareness and manage stress levels which is just what I needed! Also then you can do a bunch of other useful things too such as see history, track positivity or get insight from experts.
3. There is a premium version that comes with an analysis feature, but I don't use it Something I would improve: I would love it if the slider wasn't fixed on only four levels (none, mild, moderate, severe)No other app like it.
4. I just wish I could use the app even when I'm not connected to the internet.I love it, it helps me track my anxiety for my doctor's appointments.
5. please advice.It's a great app for keeping track of anxiety attacks, and pretty easy to use with relatively few ads.
6. My only complaint would be you can't keep track of the duration of the anxiety attack directly in the app, and you cant remove or edit triggers.
7. My biggest gripe rn is that if I write over a certain amount of characters for notes in an anxiety log, it's cut off when I go to view it later.
8. It's quick and easy to whip out your phone and spend a minute or two recording your anxiety.
9. Also a widget to directly add an anxiety or positivity log would be pretty coolThe best solutions are the ones which are simple and effective.
