1. you can just track the different colors of foods you eat to ensure youre eating a proper amount of nutrients, which might not be perfect, but is sure a lot better than tracking individual nutrients :)Excellent! I was wanting an app like this that takes the focus completely off dieting, and places it on feeling good about the variety and health of food.
2. Adding each item and seeing how many or what colors I'm lacking is fun and definitely inspires me to eat more and different plant based foods than I usually do (I struggle with purple, for example, so it's helped me try new ones in that category).
3. I wish it allowed: adding additional foods, adding to favorites independent of given day's journal, viewing/editing details of prior days - it's just after midnight & I can't finish my journal from earlier today, which is silly.
