1. It's repetitive, only responds well to premade responses, and frequently misunderstands things.I don't spend enough time with it so, it's slow to, "get to know me." But, it sends you reminders (if you want) and it keeps track of everything for you & it's easy, user friendly, and a nice, Journey, outside of our own, comfort zone's & habits.
2. And while I like talking them out, and having a listening ear, you need to work on wysa's ability to adapt in conversation, because a lot of what it says is repetitive and that can trigger a feeling of not being heard.
3. I think the AI has trouble understanding certain situations, I've found that when talking about loss and things that have no solution, the options it gives to help aren't always applicable.
4. The AI just isn't there for natural conversation, but as far as guiding you through useful CBT exercises, it works well.I find the deep breath prompt when opening the app is helpful to slow my anxiety down.
5. I saw this app in my recommendations and thought "why not", so far it's been really nice, I've been able to vent freely, listen to audios and fall asleep without an issue, I can turn my phone off or look at something else while listening even.
6. Lately especially, it's really helped.Going through a lot of stress, mild depression, things felt like they could only go downhill from here and didn't have anyone to vent to like many others here.
7. Also, I've found that wysa removes the texting bar every time I send a message, and won't return it until it wants me to reply.
8. it gives me informational articles linked to what I spoke about if I'm interested in reading further! it also helps to remind me to get active and that it doesn't have to be a whole long workout.
9. It's useful, but needs more work done to be more effective.To soon to write a decent review, only been using for a week.
10. Now, it's just another part of life reminding those of us less fortunate that we can't afford the help we need and will never get it without finding money to throw at therapists or apps.
11. if you have poor mental health, this app can definitely help.I have several other mental health issues aside from anxiety and depression.
