1. Having the option to avoid or accept panic is one of a kind and empowering to have somewhere to say yes I'm overwhelmed but, no, running from it isn't the only option.A virtual panic button? Yes! Trust this app, and it makes dealing with the in-the-moment pain of a panic or anxiety attack a much more bearable experience.
2. The breathe setting also is a little weird how the sounds play at the beginning of the inhale but the vibrate is constant during the exhale so its awkward to use if you can't enable both sound and vibrate.Only just recently downloaded the App couldn't get any help from any of these so called government organisation's meant to be there for mental health issues domestic violence etc thank God I downloaded some of these apps they have got me through some extremely difficult times.
3. I highly recommend paying the fee for premium, it is WELL worth it.There needs to be an option to remove some of the affirmations from the panic attack button.
4. The panic button being a visual symbol is unique and helpful to me it provides a single action to accomplish when overwhelmed.
5. I always felt like my panic attacks were different than others because i couldnt find anything that helped when people said something worked.
6. Unlike other mood trackers I've seen, this one is useful at the height of anxiety, when a brain might struggle to remember the simplest coping techniques.
7. I'm excited to try the full version, and will update my review! Thank you, Rootd!I had to find an app for a doctorate class for child/adolescent with anxiety.
8. The "big red button" idea works great! Literally a panic button.
9. I also LOVE the rootr button and how it helps me through active anxiety/panic attacks.
10. I also love that they only put away a few not-so-key features you can pay for.I have the premium version of the app as it's included in my Google play pass.
11. Just seeing the one about panic attacks rarely lasting longer than 10 minutes is distressing to me because mine often last longer.
