1. Sign up page doesn't show what lacking to correct sign upWhy can't you just use the phone's camera combined with flash for HRV, like other apps? Also, have you contacted Samsung and other manufacturers that include an HR sensor? I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 with HR sensor, but you can't use it.

2. This Corp seems focus on supervising user behaviors, not analysis, nor quality.Unable to sign up new account.

3. Got suspected cracking/pirating their app, but I only sideloaded its apk on a phone without official gms, and all things including previous records malfunction on my other phones.

1. Fix HRV Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HRV Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HRV Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HRV Lite" » Open HRV Lite by CardioMood » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HRV Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HRV Lite by CardioMood app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HRV Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HRV Lite by CardioMood" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HRV Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HRV Lite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HRV Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HRV Lite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HRV Lite not working

2. Fix HRV Lite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HRV Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HRV Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HRV Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
