1. Not only does the sign in work but it looks like a modern app- dare I say better than some mobile banking apps out there! Between the sleek and easy to use look including biometrics for an easier and swifter long in just adds a nice touch.App is sleek and a bit more professional in appearance than the old one.

2. My two cents: Logon credentials should have been synced between the old and new system so that a user can log in without having to do a password reset.Not sure what everyone is complaining about.

3. Useless.App is less user friendlyand more work! I don't want my balances coming up on the home screen.

4. I'll update this review if there are any changes.I like the new app, not sure why people are concerned about having to enter your SSN to reset your password.

5. You could have just selected no.. and it can be turned off.. overall great app design and very easy to navigate 👌👌 If I notice any of the annoying adds or bugs that everyone is complaining about I'll update this.

6. The only complaint is that I would like a dark mode or a high contrast mode for users with sight related issues/disabilities, since the dark text on a light background is difficult to read if you're visually impaired.

7. Preferred having multiple icons on home screen so I could just tap to what I wanted - balances, transfers, mobile deposits, etc.

8. But now when I click make a payment, the only option I have is to transfer money from the external account into my Apple savings.

9. This is a credit union with secure banking so ofcourse they want to be secure...I mean you have to provide it when you open new accounts anyway.

1. Fix Apple Federal Credit Union Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Apple Federal Credit Union: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Apple Federal Credit Union App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Apple Federal Credit Union" » Open Apple Federal Credit Union » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Apple Federal Credit Union » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Apple Federal Credit Union app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Apple Federal Credit Union servers.
