1. I've never really had an issue previously with the app, but I must say whoever designed it went with a design you do not expect from a local, smaller bank! Well done Beacon!!!This app works great after you get into your acct.

2. 2 stars only because I can pull up my statements on the fly and do immediate transfers.I just updated this app and I must say, I love how it's improved! Options are at the top, rather than the bottom which can be an issue when your phone does not have a physical home button.

1. Fix Beacon Credit Union Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Beacon Credit Union: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Beacon Credit Union App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beacon Credit Union" » Open Beacon Credit Union » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beacon Credit Union » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Beacon Credit Union app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beacon Credit Union servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beacon Credit Union" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Beacon Credit Union app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beacon Credit Union might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Beacon Credit Union. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beacon Credit Union then reinstall.
