I hope the Xpress team can take immediate action to resolve my issue.Despite how great the interface has become since the last update, I found it funny that even when I set my app to fingerprint enabled, it still require pin alongside the fingerprint everytime I tried to login to the app or trying to make transactions, I recommend an urgent solution to that, this logic isn't safe.Good app Good experience with online help on failed transactions and transfer Barely go to the bank for anything But hate the fact that one click and the app is opened to everyone.
2. That's the owner of the phone.Horrible! All the issues I'm having is because of its dodgy functionality; from not getting funds sent to me credited to my account, it doesn't have an option to get statements despite flagging a number of times that when I follow the instructions it doesn't do anything.
3. For about two months I opened an account at Ecobank, I've tried a thousand times to sign up on the app so I use the app to check balance and perform transactions as it's supposedly designed to do but to no avail.
4. With this app, anybody who happen to get his hands on your phone, the app will open to the extent of seeing one's total account balance without the stress of "Password".
5. The personel there herself tried several times, yet nothing! It's just trash! 0 rating.All other banking apps that I know, the app will only open for transaction with a "Pass Word".
6. However,in the latest version,if transaction is done and it is pending,after some time,if it's later successful,the receipt cannot open for confirmation or sent to recepient as an evidence.
7. Because the mobile banking app can easily open up itself to everybody, to see your balance and transactions made by you.
8. I kept getting the advertisement slide anytime I click on the app to check my account, I have done everything it asked me to do, but it kept go over and over.

10. 🙁I am having issues with my Xpress account as it has been marked for no debit and I don't know the reason for this.
