Amazon Hub Counter Customer Insights

1. However, I am using the account I registered with my apartment and am able to sign in on the web browser. We are trying to do a good job for Amazon customers thru our retail store, but 1- the app is terrible and will not let us login for our shop, and 2- there is no iOS option for the app.

2. I live in the UK! And my Amazon account is based in UK! But this app is not letting me sign in because my login details are associated with different country! Bull💩!It keeps insisting that my account is not connected to any Hub location.

3. Please fix bugs and glitching. Why does this app have sush an issue scanning package for customer pick up? It either complains and I have to enter numbers manually or it suddenly scans without showing it has accepted.

4. Like at all... made me go mad and change my password twice for no reason just because the app is completely fked. This app is glitching like crazy! Customers are very upset about not receiving pickup codes based on checked in inventory.

5. Refuses to allow you to login, and signs you out of every other Amazon session when you try to login in.Literally doesn't work.

6. Now, customers that receive more than one package are not paired together in the logged inventory for easy storing to find all their packages quickly.

7. Cannot login with either of my 2 email addresses nor phone #, despite signing up.

8. Sign up email link logs me in but every button gives an error and signs me out.

9. Happy to provide a location for packages to be picked up in rural area.I can honestly say this app just messes with your app.

10. Are we not in the year 2000?? Jesus Amazon. This app is absolute trash.

11. Signing you out of anything logged on through amazon(shoping, video, ect) and it infuriating.
