1. 🤜🤛 If I had access to a roadmap for the app, rather than "this update is for bug fixes & general improvements..." blah blah this would be a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review easily.So, I've had a Hubspot related account for a while-but only started using it recently to try it out as a management tool for a client.

2. Overall it's an useful app.Simple things like not being ablt to create custom lead status or lead stages, bring down from a 5 to a "find another crm app that has those features"Chat request notifications come in 5 minutes late, which leads us to lose many valuable sales opportunities.

3. 1.) Template - You can purchase the tickets for X event by following the link: "Put link here." 2.) The venue for that event will be: "Google maps link." 3.) Here are the hotels nearest to the event: "Hotel websites.(max 3 links)" 4.) You're welcome!Really uninspiring.

4. I have really come to love HubSpot through the years, and if you're in tech & looking to grow your business, there's not much better tech I've found that is all-encompassing like this.

5. The real benefit of mobile app for a CRM is the ability to capture the emails, calls, texts and messages automatically and pull it into the customer activity and profile.

6. I literally shelled out for a second line because I can't toggle accounts and I still haven't found a solution for the double work of scheduling.

7. Try it!Great app but really disappointing that you can't schedule meetings that link to calendar or toggle between accounts.

8. I Have to say, I should have started using along ago! It's a great tool with lots of great features.

9. Contacts on HubSpot will not mix with my personal contacts so it's very useful for business contacts.

10. If I log in to the system on my mobile browser, it is fine though.There are a few features missing from the desktop version that I'm sure are in progress.

1. Fix HubSpot CRM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HubSpot CRM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HubSpot CRM App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HubSpot CRM" » Open HubSpot CRM: Grow better » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HubSpot CRM » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HubSpot CRM: Grow better app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HubSpot CRM servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HubSpot CRM: Grow better" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HubSpot CRM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HubSpot CRM might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HubSpot CRM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HubSpot CRM then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HubSpot CRM not working


2. Fix HubSpot CRM Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HubSpot CRM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
