1. After getting a good order, they send an awful one either extra miles to drive or pay very less $$the current view of orders is hard to use, when you have to flip multiple places to find your address that you're delivering to while driving.
2. There is no human tech support for someone just trying to apply that can't get into the app so you're left using FAQs to try to figure out the issue and that doesn't help at all.Other apps, that have been buying up the other apps.
3. I really wish that the app had a feature to show the drivers where the drop off location city name before accepting the order because I live near Fort Hood military base and it requires an access pass to deliver there which I cant get at the moment no matter how hard I try.
4. It's really hard to keep a Pro driver status due to they system glitching out saying you missed orders, but never ever get the notification for new order or the orders will come in and disappear as quickly as you can click on new order.

7. the old style was a lot better you could see you're both pick-up and drop-off location on one screen, it's hard to be hands-free and alert while driving.Trying to apply to become a driver.
8. I think it's confusing a little to proceed through multiple orders if ur at a pick up and not ready and need to move on to next one, my words r just as confusing I'm sure.
9. When you try to sign up for available schedules, good luck you're logged on time, or else you get late evening hours to deliver or none at all.
10. If it's this much of a pain to even get signed up I can only imagine what driving for them or trying to get paid would be like! This app doesn't operate properly.
11. Most of the time, these orders are up for less than 10 seconds.Complete waste of time.
