2. I'm required to use this app and personally you playing with my freedom and life.. if this app fails then I can be held reliable...This app sucks battery life from your phone and doesn't provide a shortcut tab.

3. Maybe like picking up the phone and calling them like every other bondsman requires or they can buy me a phone to check in with...The app continues to bug out even after the most recent update.

4. I've restarted my phone multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, attempted to sign out and in with no luck trying to check in.

5. This is incredibly despicable and degrading to human beings already going through hard times in life.The number that's provided for my bail bonds doesn't work.

6. A phone call was much easier.Haven't fully used it yet; Although I do wish, I would have been more open minded about it at the onset.

7. Once downloaded it constantly drained my phone battery and it kept saying not responding.

8. Not sure why or what or whatever....... just know it messed my chit up causing problems I didnt have before I installed it.please do not operate this app if problems are not fix.. there's no legend to understand what certain symbols mean .

9. yeah right like I am going to give an app like this permission to basically everything on my phone.

10. Also, on the homepage of the mydayncourt website, they decided to put up pictures of dogs posing for "mug shots" holding up identification boards that read "bad dog".

11. And when I deny permission to access those files, the app doesnt let me check in to my bondslady.

1. Fix MyDayNCourt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyDayNCourt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyDayNCourt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyDayNCourt" » Open MyDayNCourt » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyDayNCourt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyDayNCourt app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyDayNCourt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyDayNCourt" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyDayNCourt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyDayNCourt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyDayNCourt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyDayNCourt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyDayNCourt not working

2. Fix MyDayNCourt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyDayNCourt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyDayNCourt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyDayNCourt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
