About Intelligent Hub

Intelligent Hub Customer Insights

1. After uninstalling again, I still have a push notification from it that I cannot clear from my phone.Right in the middle of installation of the hub, right after the work profile gets created and configured, I get a message 'work profile has been deleted' and everything gets revoked with the hub crashing, getting disabled.

2. I got a notification for a second reply? It still doesn't address why the app just wouldn't loadJust downloaded this stupid waste of time because I apparently need it to access something on my work website.

3. Admin team's response was: as per WorkPlace One team's update work profile doesn't work properly on OnePlus 9RT.

4. From work profile, I am not able to access camera and mic - which forces me to try photos, file downloads on Personal profile.

5. After locating the server and setting a work profile, the app gets stuck on "Configuring Something Spectacular".

6. The app demands i make a pin for it to continue while at the same time telling me that my pin is incorrect.This is the WORST thing I have ever put on my phone!!! When I downloaded this app it turned my service off and reboot my phone! Then when I got it working again it had organized my apps and I can't even use the app.

7. So this is the most useless thing I've done all week and it's only Wednesday.Can't create work profile.

8. I was able to create work profile and use the app earlier.

9. My phone has a notification that wont go away that says "configuration In progress" and every time I open the app is wants me to log into a "corporate email" that isn't mine and there's nothing I can do about it.

10. I am unable to create work profile.

11. This app makes it impossible to access your work email even with additional authentication active.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Intelligent Hub Issues

1. Fix Intelligent Hub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Intelligent Hub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Intelligent Hub App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Intelligent Hub" » Open Intelligent Hub » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Intelligent Hub » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Intelligent Hub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Intelligent Hub servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Intelligent Hub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Intelligent Hub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Intelligent Hub might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Intelligent Hub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Intelligent Hub then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Intelligent Hub not working


2. Fix Intelligent Hub Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Intelligent Hub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Intelligent Hub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Intelligent Hub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I am having trouble downloading the profile for my NYU Langone account. I would like to start from scratch by deleting my directory account. Everytime I delete the app, it configured on re download and reaccesses the directory account without letting me download the prior. My directory account username is afl330

  • Please delete the Intelligent App on my mobile. It is currently located in my work area and can't be de-installed although I tried all the below approaches. I use it on my private android phone which I also use for work purposes (with my Allianz email adress)

  • App does not work on iOS I have removed and re installed app multiple times and restarted my device. All app does is show a loading white screen. I need help as soon as possible so I can see my work emails
