Amazon Relay Features and Description

Amazon Relay helps truck drivers haul Amazon loads efficiently by guiding them on where to go, when to get there, and provides gate information for faster gate entry. Drivers invited by their carriers get added benefits, such as visibility to executed loads (Load History), ability to report delays and disruptions through the app, and recently launched, free, commercial navigation which will direct you to the Amazon truck entrance instead of the front door. Features for drivers invited by their carrier include: * Free commercial navigation will route you on the best truck-friendly route * Notifications when a load is ready for pick up, load is cancelled, and when a load is added to your schedule * Load History to view the last two weeks of loads you’ve hauled for Amazon * Report a delay or disruption through the app, to your dispatcher and Amazon * Image Proof of Delivery and Bills of Lading

  • Dear Amazon, please be advised of the following, regarding VRID 113JYQ5CP, load going from MDW7-DIN6. We had placed multiple "POST TRUCK' for one of my drivers,but unfortunately, after booking a load for my driver, we had deleted the POST TRUCK,in our system it showed that there wasn't POST TRUCK active. Some time passes by we received an email saying that the load was booked, and looking at our relay it was a load that was booked by POST TRUCK, and unfortunately,we didn't have any 26 Truck in our company if you check our history of loads we anly booked 53 truck.   • Express freight Inc and I agreed on a load number 60060 to be pickup on 6/10/22
    Once received rate confirmation the load says more than what we agreed on I told the broker I can't accept this load due to weighting too much she threatening me saying she will report the company. Lucy and I approved a load for 5000lbs not 9500lbs. My driver stated he can't move that kind of freight on his truck because he can get in trouble for too much weight.

    Sorry for bothering you . We have an issue with our amazon relay load board.
    Amazon deactivated our load board and regarded us that our account is affiliated with some other carrier, maybe this is the issue with the address. We are two different carriers and share one office together, but the operating system is totally different. Both owners don`t know each other. One of them live in the CA second one is in the SC, they have never met each other, they just rent one office from one office service provider.
    If you want to see, we attached the lease agreement. Because of another company`s error after 3 days amazon deactivated our load board too. We had a clear intention to work with you guys, according to your terms without ruining any terms and conditions. If we can do smth it will be great if you guys can give us a second chance to show you how
    we work and prove what I wrote to you above.

  • The company DL Express LLC received a suspension letter, which stated that after an investigation of our account, it has come to attention that our company has had multiple instances where booked loads were not executed as planned and gave the list of 20 loads (116LFZMG5, 1111S5519, 112Z7VVKR, 112H5L8V6, 1159BHVTK, 111464BD2, 114356PBX, 114FN5DLL, 113MH39GY, 114FYKPDV, 115CM2Y5C, 1155ZJ56V, 112W4D823, 115QLYCS3, 1123QKZN9, 1144RGW2J, 111Y7DB6W, 1138Z2CBC, 114181S3S, 115575ZH8) with a deadline of 30 days for filing a dispute. We created a file dispute. Unfortunately, we received the same answer as a mail of suspension. We hoped to receive some useful advice or an accurate response to our inquiry.
    Here, we would like to inform you that a huge misunderstanding occurred about these loads. As per the rules of Amazon, we run all our LOADED MOVES with CORRECT EMPTY TRAILERS AND ALSO A PROOF OF DELIVERY (BILL OF LADING).
    When drivers arrive at the facility to pick up loaded moves, the Facility or Driver's Amazon Relay app gives instructions to get the trailer, slip and BOLs for Pre Loaded or Loaded moves.
    Please do mind that there is no POD or BOL for BOBTAIL MOVES. If the facility does not provide an empty trailer, ROC redirects the tour to the nearby site. If there is no trailer even at the nearby site, ROC approves that leg as a BOBTAIL MOVE and drivers leave the FACILITY without any POD OR TRAILER.
    VRIDs that are listed in suspension mail are all BOBTAIL moves. We cannot provide any BOL or trailer numbers for them. As you are well aware, drivers in BOBTAIL leave the facility without any POD OR TRAILER.
    There was no REASON for Suspension initially, as we followed and accepted all the Rules stated by Amazon. You gave a reason that the load was "unexecuted" which is the opposite of "Bobtail policy."
    We have been trying to explain "BOBTAIL POLICY" in file dispute as THERE WAS NO VALID REASON to SUSPEND the CARRIER`S LOADBOARD. We have been working with Amazon for more than 2 years and have been carefully following the Amazon rules 100% and haul ONLY Amazon loads since that time.

    Here are concepts of listed VRID s for your reference:
    1. 116LFZMG5 (Tour ID T-11114P88D)
    The first leg 116GX5Y2R completed on time. BOL also received on time. Facility could not provide an empty trailer for the next leg and we got approval from Amazon for 116LFZMG5 as a BOBTAIL. Trip competed.

    2-3. 112Z7VVKR, 1111S5519 (Tour ID T-11115XQZG)
    The Facility MEM5 - 5155 Citation Drive, Memphis, Tennessee 38118 leg 112Z7VVKR - before the pick up time changed status as a bobtail. Driver forwarded to the next pick up. XMC1 - 3110 Nicholson Ave, Kansas City, Missouri 64120 (leg 1111S5519) could not provide an empty trailer and requested to leave the facility. Driver forced to wait for the next preloaded leg. At Mar 16 2022 18:52 +05 1117SQ4Y6 - case: 9779772361 preloaded leg also cancelled. Tour completed without any issue

    4-5. 112H5L8V6, 1159BHVTK (Tour ID T-11116D5GR)
    The facility MCI5 - 16851 W 113TH ST, Lenexa, KANSAS 66219 changed status as a bobtail before the pick up time. There wasn't any empty trailer. Driver directly forwarded for next preloaded leg 1117QQG2F. After completing, the driver was forced to wait for an empty trailer at the pick up location. Facility could not provide it and requested to leave the facility and approved the leg as a bobtail.

    6-7. 111464BD2, 114356PBX (Tour ID T-111182BYJ)
    Tour got too many modifications due to lack of an empty trailer. Many legs got cancelled and the driver forwarded to the next legs and between modifications the driver kept on hold, which led to his day being wasted. There was a misunderstanding between the facility and ROC. ROC stated there is an empty trailer, but the facility requested to leave the facility, because they don't have it. All legs got cancelled one by one due to lack of empties. And tlast wo legs 111464BD2, 114356PBX approved as a bobtail. Tour completed with full of modifications.

    8. 114FN5DLL (Tour ID T-11118GKYF)
    Driver completed the preloaded leg 1125G3ZYB 2 hours before the deadline and forwarded to the next leg. DGE4 - 1500 Crossgate Road, Port Wentworth, Georgia 31407 for picking up 114FN5DLL. Facility could not provide an empty trailer and requested to leave the facility as a bobtail move. Driver left and tour completed. There wasn't any issue.

    9. 113MH39GY (Tour ID T-1111KW2TH)
    Facility MDW5 - 16825 Churnovic lane, Crest Hill, ILLINOIS 60403 could not provide an empty trailer and requested to leave the facility as a bobtail move. Driver left and tour completed. There wasn't any issue.

    10. 114FYKPDV (Tour ID T-1111RBPFB)
    The leg 114FYKPDV got approved as a bobtail move before the pick up time. Preloded leg completed on time with no issues.

    11. 115CM2Y5C (Tour ID T-1111YD9TK)
    Preloaded leg completed on time without any issue. 115CM2Y5C leg got bobtailed due to the lack of an empty trailer.

    12. 1155ZJ56V (TOUR ID T-1111YFV1F)
    Preloaded leg completed on time without any issue. 1155ZJ56V leg got bobtailed due to the lack of an empty trailer.

    13. 112W4D823 (Tour ID T-11125Q4WD)
    Preloaded leg completed on time without any issue. 112W4D823 leg got bobtailed due to the lack of an empty trailer.

    14. 115QLYCS3 (Tour ID T-11129R457)
    Preloaded leg completed on time without any issue. 115QLYCS3 leg got bobtailed due to the lack of an empty trailer.

    15-16. 1123QKZN9, 1144RGW2J (Tour ID T-1112BBRWQ)
    1144RGW2J status changed before the pick up time due to lack of empty trailer. Driver forwarded to the next preloaded leg and completed it on 03/14 21:27 EDT with no issues. Next leg's scheduled time was 03/15 09:02 EDTM. Facility requested the driver to leave the facility and changed next legs status into bobtail. Tour completed with no issues

    17. 111Y7DB6W (tour ID T-1112G96PZ)
    Preloaded leg completed on time without any issue. 111Y7DB6W leg got bobtailed due to the lack of an empty trailer.

    18. 1138Z2CBC (tour ID T-1112TRNKK)
    Driver completed empty and preloaded legs on time. But due to bad weather conditions the facility got closed and could not provide any empty trailer and was approved as a bobtail. Tour completed without any issues and problems.

    19. 114181S3S (Tour ID T-1112WQYK3)
    Preloaded leg 113K2NT6W got cancelled near pick up time. Driver forced to wait 4 hours for picking up the next empty leg with a short mile. Amazon stated the next leg as a bobtail move, for not taking driver's time for waste.

    20. 115575ZH8 (Tour ID T-11133YCBM)
    Preloaded leg completed on time without any issue. 115575ZH8 leg got bobtailed due to the lack of an empty trailer.


    You can check all loads which are listed in the mail only BOBTAILs. There are no POD or trailer numbers on them. KIndly request you to accept our request and help us to reinstate of access to Load Board
