Amazon Relay Features and Description

Amazon Relay helps truck drivers haul Amazon loads efficiently by guiding them on where to go, when to get there, and provides gate information for faster gate entry. Drivers invited by their carriers get added benefits, such as visibility to executed loads (Load History), ability to report delays and disruptions through the app, and recently launched, free, commercial navigation which will direct you to the Amazon truck entrance instead of the front door. Features for drivers invited by their carrier include: * Free commercial navigation will route you on the best truck-friendly route * Notifications when a load is ready for pick up, load is cancelled, and when a load is added to your schedule * Load History to view the last two weeks of loads you’ve hauled for Amazon * Report a delay or disruption through the app, to your dispatcher and Amazon * Image Proof of Delivery and Bills of Lading

    I have missed a phone call from Amazon and I am not sure how. I was changing the number to my other phone and at that same time I got a rejected and that was final. I was crushing because I did everything to get approved and missing the phone call was something I would never do intentionally. I believe my phone carrier has a spam blocker and not sure how to removed from my Samsung phone so I brought an iPhone and changed the number on the FMSCA and at the same time they say they called. I was rejected but I changed the number from the government site and it appears to have been at the same moment they rejected the application. What can I do to fix this.     Last time because of foggy weather near to Amazon facility I didn’t recognised nail on the road and my tire became flat. I couldn’t pickup the load. And said to dispatchers that approximately 10 hours I can’t driver. Dispatcher with his bad English, gave wrong information to Amazon, and my load was rejected by Amazon.   • It was my company's first time using Amazon relay. Thinking it would be a great experience but was far from it. It says it was a preloaded pick up trailer from SeaTac but when my driver arrived the lady there told him he needed a trailer. This was not on the app. I got a call back and was met with a very rude caller. He also told me that It was a pretty loaded trailer and asked what the problem was. I explained the lady had told us they don't ever supply trailers. He put me on hold and then proceeded to scream at me down the phone that I was to go bf14 , I asked the address to it and was met with more screaming that it's bf14. At this point my driver is very agitated and leaves as we have no way of knowing what to do or where to go. So I ask him to cancel the load as we have no idea what to do next and I have no driver now . Due the unprofessional manner that we were getting treated. He screams at me more and tells me I can not cancel . I say I have no other option. I try looking for a phone number to call customer service or someone that can help me and every number I phone is disconnected and I am left with having to get a call back from the app. This is very frustrating and unprofessional not having an immediate number to call when something goes wrong. I get a call back and met again with another rude caller . I try to explain my situation but get met with YOU FIND ANOTHER DRIVER AND GO TO THE NEXT ONE! I ask if there is someone higher up I can talk to he says no . I was met with nothing but rudeness and no way of knowing what to do next and felt like it was all my fault. I would still like to talk with someone higher up in the Amazon company. The app doesn't explain these things and with no one to immediately call when a problem arises is very unprofessional for such a big company. I have had way better experiences with smaller companies. This makes my trucking company look bad over an issue that Amazon has. If there is someone from Amazon higher up I would very much like to speak with them . 360 3991335

  • I am writing to ask if you would consider reinstating me as an Amazon Relay driver.  My badge was deactivated because I swiped in another Amazon Relay driver using my badge.  


    My action, as imprudent and impulsive as it was, was not done deliberately or out of lack of respect for the rules (and I did break the rules).  It was a rash and  unpremeditated act I made while attempting to extend courtesy to another driver.  I wasn't made aware of my mistake until I arrived a few days later to pick up the load I had booked the night before.
