1. Depending on what type of facility your in, that what may seem a small task can be frustrating and annoying when you have to choose between sleep and spending 15 or more minutes going field by field with entering experience.Since the update, any time I open the app and try to do literally ANYTHING, it immediately goes to the all blue screen that just says "a to z" and does absolutely nothing.

2. The filter where you can pick up shifts keeps changing and sometimes doesn't show the paths you are trained in until it's to late.Since the last update the app is not working properly, it glitches and my schedule doesn't show until I close and reopen the app 3 times.

3. How can a company that promotes their technology department have continous problems with their app.As a Amazonian, this app is great to double check my schedule especially in case of MET, pay, transfer opportunities, career advancement and more! The only thing I would like to see implemented is the ability to upload your resume instead of doing it manually.

4. Other thing I have seen is when you try to select your schedule the app freeze for few secs and then you have to wait for the accept icon appears and sometimes it will not show on app or messages my selected schedule.

5. It's not my connection, cause I've tried it with both working wifi AND unlimited 5g data and it does the same thing.App does not work right.

6. Have deleted all my data on my phone; but still doesn't change anything on the appI've had a good experience with the app so far.

7. I've attributed that to my phone adapting to the new connection and there being so many ppl on the app when choosing available shifts.

8. Also I do not always want to see the ads or notifications from other sites at the top of the screen, they should put it back to the way it was.It is extremely SLOW.

9. Not even gonna begin the topic of space it takes on my phone! Unbelievable!This app is ALWAYS slow.

10. I'm a flex delivery station associate at one of Amazon's delivery stations, so that could be part of what has shaped my experience with the app.It is slow.

11. Like when shifts are dropped for scheduling or after switching my connection from my mobile data or wifi.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Amazon A to Z Issues

  5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazon A to Z. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazon A to Z then reinstall.
