Good product needs good support to make it a great product.Want to love it but I don't.. the thing I like most is push notifications on orders.. but free version stops after 100 orders.. which is OK.. I'd pay but its far too expensive for a small seller.. I want all functions but price tiers based on order numbers.. that way the more I make use of the app the more I'd pay... and be happy at the moment I can't justify the cost.. this means I find other ways of doing what I want and these will remain as I growhmmm,Now! I can save almost 2hrs of excel works per day since using this seller app.

1. Restart tool4seller: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for tool4seller » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear tool4seller: Amazon Seller App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from tool4seller servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "tool4seller: Amazon Seller App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check tool4seller app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, tool4seller might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall tool4seller. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall tool4seller then reinstall.
