1. Much less creative platform than Google chat, zoom, whatsapp, etcIts a good app but need to improve alot like working in less internet data or slow speed data just like whatsapp.Can you add a message search function in Amazon Chime's mobile App.

2. No option to use enter key from keyboard, to send a message.Its a good messaging platform, which can be improved witj message reactions and gifs to make it more functionality creative - having an option to react to specific messages with a thumbs up or other emoticons would be awesome.

3. Can't open attachments, can't open images, very unstable connection, not to mention the prolonged 'connecting' after the app is opened, and every message sent with even prolonged 'connecting'.

4. Would do a great help😇.Present members in a group won't update in the mobile application, present members list in a group, always stays same in my app even if the person is offline, it shows as online in mobile application.Let's just say that chime can do better, in terms of every aspect.

6. This device does not have an app available that supports the file format." I have multiple apps installed that can open Excel files, jpegs, etc, but this app is now broken and I can't communicate with my team effectively to do my job properly.

1. Fix Amazon Chime Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Amazon Chime: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Amazon Chime App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amazon Chime" » Open Amazon Chime » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amazon Chime » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Amazon Chime app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amazon Chime servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazon Chime" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Amazon Chime app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazon Chime might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazon Chime. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazon Chime then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazon Chime not working

2. Fix Amazon Chime Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amazon Chime be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amazon Chime not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amazon Chime may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
