1. The next episode button should appear on screen, but you have to find it each time you want to start the next episode and doesn't just appear during/after the credits of the episode you just finished.
2. Additionally, if navigating to a different episode is very clunky.One star, because it actually does play videos if you can find one to watch.
3. They really push whatever show they want to be the hit new thing, and keep sacrificing user convenience on the altar of trying to get you to pay for premium channels.Not bad, used this app for many years and still buggy but improved than before.
4. Bug, while browsing titles, to watch a film, after watching the trailer when you go back from previous screen, takes you all the way back to where you start and had to scroll past the same titles again.Definitely slacking in the app department.
5. Takes a long time to load at times as well compared to other streaming services... honestly with the amount of money they make off us they could put a little more into making things better.
6. I don't enjoy horror spoofs...When pausing the show, it often glitches and goes back to a previous episode when I resume.
7. Honestly haven't seen a change in the app that was helpful in quite some time.I enjoy some of the older TV shows that have many episodes and seasons.
8. It plays the videos eventually, but there's an unusually long buffering delay that only seems to exist for this app, not with other streaming services.
9. And for some reason, Amazon seems to make it awfully hard to search for something you want to watch.
10. So, I deleted the Prime Video app for a while and my other apps were fine.
11. However i have discovered that you can minimize the window while its showing the ad and attend to other things like checking emails, texting someone, etc.
I'm trying to cancel a PANTAYA subscription within the free trial period started through Amazon Prime Video. Unfortunately, I have a password problem that I can't solve because I'm OUT OF USA without a phone and can't get access to my Amazon account. IS THERE ANY WAY I COULD CONTACT AMAZON CUSTOMER SUPPORT VIA EMAIL OR CHAT TO GET ACCESS TO MY AMAZON ACCOUNT AND CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION??.
I love prime video. Unfortunately, I don't live in an area where it's possible to get unlimited high speed internet. My only options are through satellite or cellular hotspot. This is the case for all too many people. Your app doesn't allow users to manually adjust (lower) video quality to use less data. This means that it's just not an option. I'll have to stick to netflix and youtube even though I would have very happily given you my business.
