1. Looks like this app does not work on android.It doesn't work anymore! Tried to reinstall it and clean the cache and data but nothing...Update 2 Looks like after few relase application stability improved properly launching and all the new features are properly workingIt says "device jailbroken" when I try to set it up.

2. Hope it can be resolve asap.Why did you block app if it was not used in last 30 days??? Isn't it good thing that we don't need to use this app to unlock mobile pass? Why such poor design where it's expected that mobile pass should get locked once every 30 days??It just goes to a Blackberry page and asks for some info which I have no idea what that means.

3. after couple of usages start prompting for access key either correct password, and none of this works.Crashes at startup, tried the various trouble shooting steps which made no difference.

4. Installed and then promptly uninstalled, as its just junk on my mobile.stopped to work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix UBS My Hub Issues

1. Fix UBS My Hub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart UBS My Hub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the UBS My Hub App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UBS My Hub" » Open UBS My Hub » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UBS My Hub » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear UBS My Hub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UBS My Hub servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UBS My Hub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check UBS My Hub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UBS My Hub might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall UBS My Hub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UBS My Hub then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UBS My Hub not working


2. Fix UBS My Hub Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UBS My Hub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UBS My Hub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UBS My Hub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
