Adobe Learning Manager Customer Insights

1. Most importantly, no crashes observed even after taking 2 courses on the run.It isn't very intuitive or user-friendly (one of my main gripes is it's not possible to zoom in on PDFs, making some impossible to read), it's a bit slow, and for some reason i have to periodically uninstall and reinstall the app because it will just sit on the app loading screen and not open. This app is the most user unfriendly thing I've ever ran into ever, won't even work enough to open up certain lessons and everyone else at work is having the same problems with it.

2. I have to retake two more tests today because they're showing 100% complete on my end, since I did them...It show a constant "loading" for videos but doesnt work.

3. Has the original Dead Java Links to videos from previous website when incorporating this as a new learning tool.

4. Why wouldn't you have that functionality? The courses and web based training but this needs an upgrade.Every time I try to tap on the drop down button forma quiz, the app catches and is extremely slow.

5. The dead link videos = 1+years.. Fix it!It's nice having access without having to log in to the corporate side.

6. I've also had to retake like four tests because it can't keep track of my finished work.

7. Also, all previous things that were completed in old website (quizzes and lessons) didnt transfer progress to this new tool.

8. That means I am left with dismissing the annoying "do you want to launch the app" message every time I log in on the website.

9. Especially if it's stops promotion and more wages. The app does not rotate to landscape view on my tablet, which makes it useless to me.

10. It is not possible to complete quizzes as questions are cut off and key items like profession buttons or submit buttons for quizzes are cut off.

11. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it before every class which means signing back in with my email and confirming my email address.
