Why should I report an Issue with Tiny Scanner Pro: PDF Doc Scan?

1. It also doesn't allow the user to change the name of the batch file once saved, making file organization difficult.This is a great app for creating pdf files from scans.. With tools such as rotating the pages for proper display, and also for reordering the pages to your desired order.

Do recommend at least for school, especially at these times with online courses.Great quality but falls behind competitors in two places: There is no auto-crop all pages functionality in batch mode (brutal if you have several scanned pages), you have to go through and apply auto cropping to each page individually.

3. I would REALLY like to have that feature back! [Edit]: Samsung Galaxy S10: there are no files Internal storage/Android/data/* (or maybe it's protected??) so I can't find the scans wherever they are being saved to.

4. Great app! However, with the latest version released, tinyscan has dropped this feature and now saves files to a hidden location somewhere... can't find it.

5. If you take a picture of the file you can't manually select the edges (that's only available on selected images) and you can't change the contrast (again only available on selected images).

6. (2) you cannot browse by file/folder to get to specific files/pictures only, making it difficult to combine old and new scans.It appears that this app will not save scans to internal or external SD locations.

7. Recently changed phones and contacted them about getting the pro version without paying again and they responded in a few days with a code to download it for free and how to transfer my files over.

8. I have to manually flip the paper over on the scanning glass, and click scan on my computer, and upload a seperate PDF or JPEG for each page.

9. Thanks I will be happy to update my review if I'm wrong.This WAS a Simple, functional scanning, saves to a local folder which can then be synced to cloud or transferred.

10. I'd say it's naturally less efficient than a physical scanner because you need to frame up the doc in the camera and adjust edges, but again, much lower cost.

11. There are better options that allow you freedom and saving your data where you choose.Overall amazing BUT missing 2 core simple features.

1. Fix Tiny Scanner Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tiny Scanner Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tiny Scanner Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tiny Scanner Pro" » Open Tiny Scanner Pro: PDF Doc Scan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tiny Scanner Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tiny Scanner Pro: PDF Doc Scan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tiny Scanner Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tiny Scanner Pro: PDF Doc Scan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tiny Scanner Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tiny Scanner Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tiny Scanner Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tiny Scanner Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tiny Scanner Pro not working

2. Fix Tiny Scanner Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tiny Scanner Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tiny Scanner Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tiny Scanner Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
