1. I hope future updates of this app will have some animations (this would be especially useful for the deep breathing activities)Looks like a good app and lots on it but cant access the personal bit at all because the onscreen buttons overlap the phone buttons so every time I try to save some thing it says "are you sure you want to leave, changes wont be saved" not great.
2. having borderline personality disorder, and anxiety this really does help, having it to hand in this format.good work!Good amount of info (enough to understand the gist and not too overwhelming), helpful strategies for user to practise and work towards personal wellness.
3. This is from a counsellor's point of view, not sure if clients in the midst of a mood episode would be motivated enough to work through it, but for those in recovery phase it is definitely a good tool!Nice app, I like how it has the function to stop and carry out the routine when I'm feeling really bad.
4. However I recently changed phones to a pixel, and can't journal anymore as the pixel bottom row icon block out the bottom row icons for the journalling function! Not the dev's fault, I know, but I hope it can be fixed soon. This app is absolutely amazing, especially considering that it's completely free.
5. For instance, the save button on the habit tracking pages is at the very bottom of the screen, which places it under my phone's back button, so I'm unable to save any habits as it backs out of the page without saving when I try to select it.
6. The arrow button to continue appears at the bottom of the screen amongst the phone's navigation buttons.
7. There should be more attention placed to avoiding using the margins of the screen for buttons or content to make it more compatible with all phone types.Display can be problematic on Android.
8. I recently started reinstalling some of my mental health help apps from a few years ago, and realized this is the only one that hadn't locked all of the features I used to use behind a paywall.
9. Activities that have the stars on the bottom trigger the user to accidentally leave the app, access home, or "return" instead of completing the stars.
10. extremely helpful and informative app, good exercises to help ground you.
11. And I love all the different categories, there's both short-term and long-term help for different situations, general information, forums, etc.
