1. It's a shame because it's such a good idea but nobody is active on the platform. For me, it's the best app for mental health! The guidance and pacing are perfect! It really helps doing challenges every morning, would definitely recommend! And I love how you can see the comments of others! Makes you see how others feel and it helps to see other's perspectives!Didn't have high hopes for this app but reviews got me curious so I tried.
2. Excited to try the other features of this app.I've been with this app from the very beginning of when it was being piloted and I love it! I hope a version can be made for teachers to use with their students in middle and high schools so that I can share this with my students.
3. I'm planning on starting a program that will allow teachers to bring this into schools in a safe and age-appropriate way (facilitating the creation of sharing groups with students from other schools).
4. It is a tool box filled with guided therapy, courses, meditation, support groups and exercises to help anybody that needs somewhere to go to reflect and learn new skills.
5. After taking the course I felt empowered and hopeful once again that I just made plans on how to keep going from this positive place through self reflection and changing something in my daily routine.
6. The message is good and I genuinely believe that the creators actually want to help people, I just find the app confusing to use at times. The idea of the app is great.
7. But so far it has introduced me to tools which help me gain different views on relationships and life in areas where I had felt stuck in seeing them the same way due, in part at least, to few frameworks and lenses. This app is for everyone.
8. My issue with this app is the idea is to share through a group session but after 4 attempts at various groups none are active.
9. It helped me process the negative thoughts and emotions I've been struggling with and opened my eyes to the positive.
10. I have tried 4 video calls that are part of the learning and no one joins which defeats the idea of what the app is offering.
11. And I'm already avidly recommending them to all my friends who are interested or might benefit from them. It's a good app but the amount of options can genuinely become overwhelming at times.
