1. no one has ever gotten back with me on my emails and they owe me 5 months worth of medical coverage bills and refuse to give me information as to when I will receive my moneyI don't think I've ever been able to log in on the app, but maybe one time since I've installed it.

3. Attempt to register as a first time user again and now the "continue" button at the end of the first step (plan ID and name/birthday) literally does nothing.

4. I can access account online via phone or computer, but app doesn't recognize my log-in credentials.You can't file a claim in the app.

5. app is slow, pages are buggy, and the only thing I need to do is file a claim which doesn't work.

6. I clicked the Aetna sponsored link in Google results and it's a dead link.Unusable!! Problems started from trying to register on the app and accepting passwords etc .

7. Nothing has been improved or fixed to make the app work, so I deleted it.Froze while registering.

8. And the website on the letter I received that initiated this path of fruitless frustration is invalid.
