Why should I report an Issue with UBL Digital?

1. If the problem persists, the only option left behind is to change the bank.Before last update, My App was working well i.e. i could add new user accounts for online transacrion.

2. I keep my registered SIM and app on different phones, In case one phone gets lost or stolen, my accounts cannot be abused.

3. I tried tk change keyboard apps, restarting phone, reinstalling ubl app.

4. In previous update, it didn't capture fingerprints, in current version, after capturing fingerprints it asks you to wait while they're being verified.

5. I'm not sure there are many apps in the whole world that restrict OTPs this way.Edit2: it's not that I'm being difficult, but as a woman living in Quetta, it's not always easy for me to make trips to the bank.

6. It is frustrating, kindly change the verification process to biometrics, as other (international) banks are doing.

7. If you cannot send an OTP to overseas customers, kindly change it to biometric verification.

8. Don't know why you guys did this idiotic move? You could've captured fingerprints and verify it later by giving user 2 to 3 business days time.

9. However by updating the app, i am not able to add new accounts of any bank though i receive an OTP but i am not able to enter the code.

10. Update: after receiving the response from the developer, I followed the instructions and deleted the app and restarted the phone and then reinstalled the app again.

11. The issue maybe addressed on priority please.I have been using UBL(Digital service) for a while now and I have had a very positive experience with the app.

1. Fix UBL Digital Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UBL Digital: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UBL Digital App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UBL Digital" » Open UBL Digital » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UBL Digital » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UBL Digital app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UBL Digital servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UBL Digital" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UBL Digital app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UBL Digital might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UBL Digital. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UBL Digital then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UBL Digital not working

2. Fix UBL Digital Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UBL Digital be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UBL Digital not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UBL Digital may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
